When will I receive my order?

Every order will be send out with a track and trace. You will receive your package 2-3 days after the processing time.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be canceled unfortunately. But we do accept returns. Please read our return policy on the Shipping information page. 

 

Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

Did you order the wrong size or wrong product? Please return your order and order the correct order on our shop.

  

Who can I contact if there are any issues with my order?

My package did not arrive in the mail, what can I do?

If your order did not arrive in time, it may be because the package has been delayed. Or it could possibly be lost in the mail. Send us an email with your order number to info.wecareclub@gmail.com and we will provide our service and look for your package so you will still get your order.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently only ship within the EU.
